The actress detailed she has good reason to file a complaint against her estranged husband Raymart Santiago given how he has allegedly been negligent in sending financial support to their children.
In a zoom interview, Claudine shared the actor actually “stopped giving support for two years.”
She made clear she wasn’t the one who asked Raymart to give at least P100, 000 in monthly support to their kids.
“Hindi ho ako ang nagsabi na magbigay siya ng PHP100,000 kundi po iyong judge namin.
“Kasi, tinitingnan nila iyong background ng mga bata, di ba? He’s supposed to give P100,000 a month which is you know very ano naman… tama lang. Kasi, magkano ba siya, eight per (show) taping? Eighty thousand?
“So ano ba iyong mabigay mo iyong dalawang taping mo sa dalawang mga anak mo.”
Claudine maintained she wasn’t remiss in reminding Raymart of his obligations.
“I keep on telling him, ‘Mart, can we talk already about this? Kasi, I’m gonna have to file a lawsuit against you again.’ Tapos, binibigay niya sa mga bata, tig-two thousand a week… so for their allowance. So iyon lumalabas forty thousand ano. Ang layo dun sa one hundred thousand na (usapan)… hindi siya sumusunod. Kaya nga siya na-warrant of arrest dati.”
Raymart is still mum on the issue.
According to Claudine’s lawyer, Atty. Topacio their scheduled meeting with Raymart at the Marikina City Prosecutor’s Office was cancelled twice already but they are hoping it would finally push through next month.
