Concert and events promoter MMI Live announced this in a Facebook post Friday, saying the singer’s “Where Do We Go?” tour stop in Manila “is no longer able to take place.”

“Customers who have purchased tickets may contact SM Tickets at [email protected] for refund,” they added.

MMI Live went on: “While it was not possible to reschedule the tour at this time, Billie Eilish hopes to see her fans in the Philippines soon! Thanks for your patience and understanding.”

The rest of Eilish’s tour dates have been likewise canceled.

Eilish, in an Instagram post, expressed regret upon the cancellation of her tour.

The “Bad Guy” singer said her team tried “as many different scenarios for the tour but none are possible.”

“I wish that I could have seen you on tour this year. I’ve missed performing for you and being on stage so much I can’t even tell you,” she said.

“When we’re ready and it’s safe we will let you know when everyone will be able to purchase tickets again for the next tour. I love you so much. stay safe, drink lots of water, wear a mask,” she added.

Eilish was supposed to perform last Sept. 5 at the Mall of Asia Arena.
