As TNT continues to clash against Barangay Ginebra San Miguel in the PBA Philippine Cup final series, reserve center Chris Javier is already looking at the next season.
The 6-foot-7 Javier wasn’t able to join the Tropang Giga in the PBA restart inside a bubble in Clark, Pampanga as he is still recovering from an injury he sustained last year while still with Blackwater.
That gave the 27-year-old former University of the East stalwart the "extra" motivation to resume his professional career in the next season of the pro league likely to start in April 2021.
While he is away from the game, another thing that excites Javier is his growing business.
Javier recently opened the "Top Boss Auto Garage" – an auto shop, which specializes in repair, and upgrade of suspension for Sports Utility Vehicles or SUV cars in Biñan, Laguna.
His business venture includes a deal as a distributor of Australia-based company Pedders Suspension and Brake, and Saber Off-Road accessories, and distributor of different ceramic tint.
Ganun din sa business, maraming klase halimbawa ng tint sa market, some are affordable but has the same quality with the top brands.”
Another thing that motivates Javier is the support of his wife Gelina is providing for being ‘hands on’ in the business.
