The World Wide Fund (WWF)-Philippines recently thanked KC Concepcion for her efforts to alleviate lives of Bicol fishermen.
In a post, WWF-PH told the singer-actress, "Your donation will go a long way in helping the fishing communities of Lagonoy Gulf recover from the effects of Super Typhoon Rolly and Typhoon Ulysses."
KC, on her part, took to Instagram to thanks fans who supported her cause buying jewelry pieces from her Avec Moi by Kristina company between Nov. 17 to Nov. 27.
"YOU are the reason we’ve been able to directly donate P200,000 to @wwfphilippines #ProjectSilong drive that will help provide 2,511 fiberglass boats for sustainable fishing & rebuild lives of our fishermen in Bicol, Philippines," she said.
She also extended gratitude to jewelry lovers for helping her provide 200 packs of relief goods worth P500 each to communities in Cagayan Valley - via the Office of the Vice President and Kaya Natin Movement.
