The Department of Foreign Affairs said Abano’s sculpture entitled, “Man, Woman – Human,” is among 117 works of 82 artists from 10 ASEAN member-countries selected for the exhibition at the Vincom Center for Contemporary Art from Nov. 6 to 25.

Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism Ta Quang Dong said that the artistic event aims to enhance understanding and solidarity among ASEAN states.

It also offers a chance for painters in the region to meet and share their achievements, and introduce their countries, people, and cultures to others, he added.
