How these celebrity families got dressed for Halloween at home

Coleen Garcia, Bianca Gonzalez, Vicki Belo, Mariel Rodriguez, Iya Villania, and Nina Corpuz and their children had a spooky time indoors

We’re not letting the pandemic rain on our trick-or-treat parade. Check out how these celebrity moms Coleen Garcia, Bianca Gonzalez-Intal, Vicki Belo, Mariel Rodriguez-Padilla, and Iya Villania-Arellano dressed up their kids and kept the spooky Halloween tradition alive at home.

Where’s Pooh Bear?

Coleen Garcia asked the help of her fashion stylist Adrianne Concepcion in sourcing for these Winnie-the-Pooh onesies for her husband Billy, their son Amari, and her. “Our most wholesome Halloween ever. Almost skipped this one, but I wouldn’t want to break our little tradition, especially since this is Amari’s first!”

Salute to the frontliners

Bianca Gonzalez-Intal wanted to give thanks to all the frontliners, so they came up with these people who go out every day to help the country—in any way they can. She posted, “We salute all those who work in the hospitality and customer service industry, the delivery and transport providers, the medical and health workers, all our hardworking and dedicated frontliners. Dahil sa inyong servisyo, a lot of us are able to stay safe in our homes and adapt to this new normal of living and working. Maraming, maraming salamat sa inyong lahat!”

Spare no one

The Belo-Kho family still went all out with their costumes with the hashtag #BelosInWonderland, featuring Hayden Kho as Knaves of Hearts, Vicki Belo as the Mad Hatter, and Scarlet Snow as The Queen of Hearts.

Fun food picks

Mariel Rodriguez-Padilla was also excited for this year’s Halloween because it’s her second daughter Gabriela’s very first celebration. The mom-of-two dressed up as a lobster while Gabriella as an adorable pineapple—both in onesies. “Isabella chose her costume and put it together because in her imagination, she is the dwarf planet Pluto,” says Mariel.

Under the sea

Iya Villania-Arellano asked her followers to guess what she was cooking up with, and gave a teaser by posting a photo of Alana in a crocheted crab costume. And most of them got it right! “Primo as Spongebob Squarepants, Leon as the cutest Patrick Star, and Alana as little Ms. Krabs of Krusty Krab,” posted Iya.

Spooky cute

Nina Corpuz-Rodriguez is always game to dress her three children up. This time, her kids requested for them to look scary. “It’s Halloween, mom. We don’t want to be pretty; we want to be spooky! Oo nga naman,” she posted. Meet Stella Storm, Zombie Emily in Paris, and Count Luke.
