Rolly last observed on about 120 kilometers west of Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro. PAGASA expects the weakened typhoon to leave PAR by Tuesday morning.

Rolly makes a fourth landfall over Lobo, Batangas.


12 n.n., Nov. 1:

No longer classified as a super typhoon, Rolly makes a third landfall around  San Narciso, Quezon. This has further weakened the typhoon.

“Rolly” has made landfall over Bato, Catanduanes around 4:50 a.m.

The advisory reads: 

“Within the next 12 hours, catastrophic violent winds and intense to torrential rainfall associated with the region of the eyewall and inner rainbands of the typhoon will be experienced overCatanduanes, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Albay, the northern portion of Sorsogon and the central and southern portions of Quezon.”
