"Honestly, I don't know how or what I am feeling right now. I just wanna thank the players who practiced with me before the tournament," said Enderr in a Facebook post shortly after the victory.

"To my Beda high school friends, thanks for keeping me sane! To my team and sponsors Liyab Esports, Mineski, Globe, without your fuel, hindi ako liliyab ng ganito."

Enderr lorded over Group A after taking 2-0 wins over British-New Zealander Zerg player Joshua "RiSky" Hayward and Australian Protoss player Sean "Probe" Kempen.

The 27-year-old PH pride then cruised to the grand finals as he swept Pakistani-British Terran player Raza "RazerBlader" Sekha, 3-0, in the first round and outplayed Seither, 3-2, in the upper bracket finals.
