Interact with K-pop idols in MOKKOJI KOREA global Hallyu event

Due to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, many in-person K-pop concerts and fan meetings were cancelled.

To continue promoting Korean culture, Korea’s Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) and Korea Foundation for International Cultural Exchange (KOFICE) have launched MOKKOJI KOREA, a Global Hallyu Mega Event online that will be held until Jan. 26 next year. “MOKKOJI” is a Korean term which means “gathering for party and play,” according to organizers.

MOKKOJI KOREA has selected the Philippines, Kazakhstan and Myanmar for selected exclusive events for fans including live fan meetings, avatar shopping and online exhibitions.

MOKKOJI KOREA will also give the chance to everyone in the world to participate in campaigns to imitate celebrities' movements, exchange opinions on Korean culture by subject, and create new Hallyu cultural information.

From November to January 2021, celebrities will introduce each other’s culture, and K-pop artists will hold online live fan meetings for the first week of each month. For the schedule of events, go to mokkojikorea.com.
