The girlfriend of comedian Super Tekla has sought the assistance of broadcast journalist-television host Raffy Tulfo after she alleged that her partner has maltreated her.
Michelle Lhor Bana-ag alleged that her boyfriend Romeo Librada, also known as Super Tekla, forced her to have sex with her even if it is against her will.
Bana-ag contacted Tulfo, host of the public service program "Raffy Tulfo in Action," through Facebook..Tulfo asked Bana-ag a series of questions on Tekla's actions, tendencies, and behavior.
"Kahit po masama yung pakiramdam ko, hindi niya po ako maintindihan; Kasi hindi po niya mapigilan yung sarili niya. Gusto niya po akong galawin, para po safety, pina-injectionan niya po ako."
"Mumurahin niya po ako, hindi na siya kikibo... tapos di na po siya bibili ng pagkain kahit na nagugutom na yung mga pamangkin ko na andito."
Attorney Garreth Tungol, resident lawyer of the show, said that if proven guilty, Tekla will be imprisoned for three counts of marital rape, five counts of child abuse, sexual violence and psychological abuse.
A marital rape is non-bailable and will result to lifetime imprisonment, he said.
Tulfo said that his team needs to hear the side of Super Tekla. He also instructed his team to contact the Parañaque police for the safety of the complainant.
"Matagal na po naming sinasabi 'yan dito, kung ayaw po ng inyong partner, kahit asawa pa yan. wag na po natin pilitin," said Tulfo.
On Oct. 22, Super Tekla denied the allegations of his partner in an exclusive video statement sent to GMA News Online.
"Hindi totoo 'yan, ako nasa tamang katinuan pa naman ako, hindi ko magagawa 'yan Michelle, utang na loob ...may anak akong babae Michelle si Aira, may mga kapatid akong babae... Mahirap lang kami Michelle sa bukid alam mo ang background ng family ko," Super Tekla said.
"Binabato mo ako ng isyu na pinipilit kita sa ganyang bagay, usapin natin Michelle 'yan, usapin ng pamilya 'yan...Isang napakasensitibong usapin 'yan Michelle.Sana man lang nag-isip ka. Pinag-isipan mo kung ano ang maaapektuhan.
"Parte ng pagsasama natin 'yan Michelle na ipinagkakait mo sa akin, ginagawa mo akong tanga at timawa d'yan...yun ang totoo pero anong ginagawa ko Michelle, naga-adjust ako kasi nanay ka ng anak ko eh."

Super Tekla also denied the use of illegal substances, adding that he is willing to undergo drug tests.
The comedian who rose to fame via the popular Kapuso game show "Wowowin" hosted by Willie Revillame said that he is shocked at the allegations of his girlfriend.
"Michelle, karapatan mo 'yun. Noong una pa lang, binlock niyo ako sa Facebook, wala akong idea nagkalabuan tayo gusto mo makipaghiwalay sa akin...Hindi ko pinagsisiksikan 'yung sarili ko sa inyo, Michelle. Alam mo yan sa sarili mo...Six years ko kayong inaruga... six years wasted lahat," he said.
