“The ATA IRR has been registered online with the ONAR today,” the Justice Secretary said.

The ONAR of the University of the Philippines (UP) Law Center is the country’s official repository of all the implementing rules and regulations issued by the government’s different agencies.

“Then it will be published in two newspapers of general circulation tomorrow,” Guevarra said.

“We have also provided copies of the IRR to certain members of the Congress, as required by the ATA,” he added.

Guevarra had earlier said that the IRR will become “effective upon publication and registration with the Office of the National Administrative Register (ONAR) at UP Diliman.”
