The Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) Masterclass, a key component of the continuous learning and retooling program for franchise industry prime movers, still received strong interest from international participants despite the pandemic.
Ma. Alegria “Bing” Sibal Limjoco, CEO of Francorp Philippines and vice chair of the Philippine Franchise Association, said this year’s CFE Masterclass will be held virtually from October 5 to 9.
“It will be facilitated by Mr. Greg Nathan, CFE, one of the world’s foremost experts and thought leaders in franchise relationships. He is the founder of Franchise Relations Institute which has 25 years of researching the science of successful franchise relations. For his contributions to global franchising, he has been the recipient of numerous awards including the 2018 IFA Crystal Compass Award for Excellence in Franchise Leadership and induction into the Australian Franchise Hall of Fame,” Limjoco shared.
She said international enrollees include franchise executives from Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, and Thailand. “To date, there are 183 Elite Certified Franchise Executive Graduates and the number is still growing. Over the years the Philippines have enrollees from different countries including Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Singapore, Vietnam, and Myanmar. For the Asia CFE Enrollees, we have 170 and growing local and international.”
The CFE is a mini-MBA Professional Development Program duly accredited by the US-based Institute of Certified Franchise Executives (ICFE) and designed to raise the level of expertise of franchise professionals.
It is a global mark of distinction in the field of franchising. The mission of ICFE is to enhance the professionalism of franchising by certifying the highest standards of quality training and education.
