Liza Soberano waxed sarcastic responding to a tweet calling her “boba.”
The insult came about when she expressed her opinion on President Rodrigo Duterte’s decision to grant convicted killer US Marine Lance Corporal Joseph Scott Pemberton pardon.
“So a murderwas just released for good conduct. Are we supposed to just forget that he killed Jennifer Laude because he’s done some good,” she wrote.
A netizen then reacted on Liza’s post.
“Ang boba pala ng babaeng ito. Now naniwala na talaga akong acting lang kunwaring matalino ,” the netizen said.
The netizen added the actress should not meddle with political issues.
“Stick to your craft girl. Huwag masyadong pahalata na wala kang alam sa basic comprehension on laws & current events,” the netizen said.
Liza sarcastically replied, “Ouch ang sakit nasaktan ako.”
Obviously, the actress is now used to netizens being only too critical of celebrities like her.
