Anne Curtis and Erwan Heussaff celebrate six months with baby girl Dahlia

Plus, DIY photo shoot Anne’s ‘very pleased with’

Always in sync, power couple Anne Curtis and Erwan Heussaff shared another parenting milestone on Sept. 1 as their baby daughter Dahlia Amélie turned six months old. Anne’s post showed Dahlia in an all-white ensemble and a bonnet with pink ribbon detail. Beside the adorable baby were flowers shaped in the form of the numeral six.

In her Instagram stories, Anne shared that she would have had a challenging time doing freehand flatlays for the floral number because Dahlia wouldn’t be able to lie still. So she asked renowned florist Gideon Hermosa for tips who advised her to shop for a wooden numeral six stand and floral glue to use on the fresh flowers.

Another Instagram story post revealed how she was relieved to have found the stand, which “made it so much easier than having to put it together from scratch on a bedsheet.”

The final output are the most adorable shots of Dahlia beside Anne’s DIY stand, with the baby girl finally looking straight at the camera and interacting with the parents who were behind the camera. Anne’s post read, “I felt like it was yesterday that I gave birth and held this sweet little girl in my arms for the first time… and just like that, half a year has gone by. Mixed emotions of excitement to seeing her grow and experience all her milestones but also wanting to keep her as my little baby,” she continues. “I guess, now I understand when moms and dads say ‘You’ll always be my little baby’ because that’s what she’ll always be to me. My little Dahlia Amélie.”

Doting father Erwan shared a few more close-up shots of Dahlia in his own Instagram account with the caption, “A lifetime of smiles in half a year.”

The couple has been staying in Melbourne since Anne gave birth to Dahlia.
