A Japanese non-profit organization, in partnership with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), has distributed hygiene kits to benefit almost 2,000 children and personnel in Residential Care Facilities (RCFs) in Region 3 and the National Capital Region.
A Child’s Trust is Ours to Nurture (ACTION) and JICA’s latest partnership aims to boost frontline RCFs in continuing its services to vulnerable children during the difficult times under the COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) pandemic.
