The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) warned the public against fake websites using its name and logo.
“The BSP does NOT ask for your personal and account information and does NOT authorize any entity to do such activity,” the BSP said in an advisory Sunday.
The BSP cautioned the public not to share personal information or perform any transaction through these unauthorized sites.
It also advised the public to report suspicious communications, personnel or transactions to the authorities.
