The Annual Stockholders' Meeting of Megaworld Corporation ("Megaworld") will be held virtually on 24 August 2020 at 9:00 a.m.
Stockholders who wish to participate must register from 9:00 AM of 03 August 2020 until 5:00 PM of 14 August 2020.
