Asian Hospital says emergency room has reached full capacity

Asian Hospital and Medical Center in Alabang, Muntinlupa has announced that its emergency room reached full capacity Thursday (July 23).

“As much as we would like to accommodate all patients, our quality of care may be compromised. Thus, we are advising our patients to seek urgent care in other institutions in the meantime,” the hospital said.

It added, “We will give constant updates as soon as our resources permit us to provide the quality care everyone deserves.”

But the hospital said it “will continue to admit emergency cases, or those requiring immediate and life-threatening medical care.”

It earlier announced that its outpatient diagnostics department is open by appointment only from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 12 noon and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. during the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.

“Please ensure that you have your signed physician orders. Patients requiring diagnostic procedures shall request an online appointment by visiting www.asianhospital.com and by clicking ‘Online Services.’"
