"Stakeholders are invited to use the online transactions to minimize as much as possible trips outside your homes," the agency urged.

According to the LTFRB, the following transactions can be made online: Request for Special Permit; Correction of Typographical Error; Request for Confirmation of Unit/s; Request for Franchise Verification; Request for Issuance or Extension Provisional Authority; and Legal Concerns / Query on Hearing Schedule, Status.
