Various government agencies operating at the One-Stop Processing Center (OSPC) in Clark  Freeport have resumed operations to once again provide fast, convenient, and reliable public service despite the pandemic.

Clark Development Corporation reported that  some of the offices in the OSPC that are now open include the Department of Labor and Employment, National Bureau of Investigation, Overseas Workers Welfare Administration, Pag-IBIG Fund, PhilHealth, and Philippine Overseas Employment Agency.

The Philippine Statistics Agency (PSA), Social Security System (SSS) and Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority are also back in service.

Meanwhile, the Commission on Filipinos Overseas and the Professional Regulations Commission offices in the OSPC are still closed. The details of their operations will be announced. While some of the agencies have resumed facilitating their operations, health and safety protocols will still be enforced at the OSPC to ensure the well-being of the public.
