10-year old girl from Davao del Sur recovers from COVID-19

DAVAO CITY – The Department of Health (DOH) in Davao Region announced on Monday afternoon that a 10-year-old girl has successfully recovered from the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), bringing the total number of recoveries in the region to 302.

Based on the profile released by the DOH Davao Region, the girl was identified as PH17864, and was from Hagonoy town in Davao del Sur. The girl showed symptoms of COVID-19 on May 26, was admitted on May 29, and discharged Monday. June 22.

Meanwhile, the DOH Davao Region also reported no new case of COVID-19. Based on its Regional Situation Update on COVID-19, as of 5 p.m. Monday, the number of confirmed cases still stands at 474.
