The Parañaque City government adjusted its curfew hours to 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. starting Thursday (June 18) to give working residents more time to find a ride home.
According to City Administrator Ding Soriano, the adjusted curfew hours will also allow dine-in restaurants and other food establishments to operate a couple of hours longer.
“With the passing of the amended city ordinance, dine-in restaurants and other food establishments can now recoup with their losses. However, there are still restrictions that need to be followed,” Soriano said.
Soriano added that Mayor Edwin Olivarez reminded the public to continue following the health protocols set by the city government, including the wearing of a face mask when in a public place, strict observance of social distancing, and to avoid loitering outside their residences.
