Update: Just seconds after the publication of this article, PLDT seems to have reclaimed their account, reverting "PLDT Doesn't Care" back to "PLDT Cares." Some tweets have also been deleted, except for the one with the Anonymous image.

Original story follows:
PLDT's customer service Twitter account, PLDT_Cares, has been hacked by a group who claims to be Anonymous.
"As the pandemic arises, Filipinos need fast internet to communicate with their loved ones. Do your job." The hackers tweeted. "The corrupt fear us, the honest support us, the heroic join us. We are Anonymous. We are Legion. We do not forgive. We do not forget . Expect us."

The official Twitter name has been changed to "PLDT Doesn't Care" and has made other posts in the account.

The hackers also tweeted what appears to be the PLDT's login credentials.

With the compromised PLDT account, the hackers tweeted a threat to Globe that they will be next.

This is a developing story and we'll update as soon as we learn more.
