CITY OF MALOLOS, Bulacan – The Provincial Government of Bulacan, through its Provincial Health Office (PHO) and Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO), adopted the use of staysafe.ph, an interactive community-driven emergency response website launched by Multisys software company to fight the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

During the virtual Bulacan City/Municipal DRRMOs meeting on COVID-19, provincial, city and municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officers have agreed to make use of the website to aid in the detection of individuals with COVID-19 symptoms.

Governor Daniel R. Fernando said that the PGB will utilize all ways possible in order to stop the spread of the deadly virus.

“Lahat ng paraan na maaari nating gawin masugpo lamang natin itong sakit na ito ay gagawin natin. Kaya naman hinihingi ko ang pakikiisa ng lahat, kung mayroon kayong cellphone o laptop o computer na may internet connection, mangyaring mag-register tayo dito upang matulungan natin ang gobyerno at ang ating mga frontliners sa paglaban sa pandemyang ito,” the governor said.

The website has features such as registration, health conditioning reporting system, COVID-19 contact tracing, social distancing notification, company and LGU response system, COVID-19 case data entry and monitoring system, hospital and frontliners monitoring system, SMS blaster AITF and NTF COVID-19, track and trace modules, centralized admin access and analytics, and COVID worldwide updates that can be very helpful for LGUs.

To register, individuals may go to staysafe.ph website, register using their mobile number, update their profile, choose their health status and click save. They can also report the health condition of their family members in their household.

The website was approved by the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases and the National Task Force (NTF) on COVID-19 last April 8, 2020 through a memorandum of agreement signed by the NTF COVID-19 with the Department of Health, the Department of the Interior and Local Government, and the Department of National Defense.
