PCA officials Carlito Dion and Ruel Parayno and Provincial Health Officer Anna Maria Theresa De Guzman, who represented Governor Amado I. Espino III, signed the Deed of Donation.

Fr. Hinaro Hiramia officiated the blessing of the building as a part of the opening rites.
