Maintain healthy lifestyle

Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire reminded the public to stay physically active amid the ongoing community quarantine.

Vergeire said that should exercise inside their homes every day.

“Maraming workout o exercise na maaring gawin sa loob ng ating tahanan [There are many workouts or exercises that can be done within our homes],” she said.

The Health official said they did not recommend yet to the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases to reopen fitness centers in areas under the general community quarantine.
