The municipal government of Carmona, Cavite has rolled out "Operation Manhood on Wheels" that conducts free door-to-door circumcisions while there is enhanced community quarantine in Luzon.

The mobile circumcision booth is fully equipped, while the doctors and nurses who conduct the procedure wear personal protective equipment.

Those who will be circumcised are required to undergo screening and temperature checks.

According to a report on "24 Oras," the medical staff said they are able to circumcise 15 up to 20 boys daily.

Carmona Mayor Roy Loyola said "Operation Manhood on Wheels" will run for the whole month of April to May.

Loyola said the town is targeting around 600 boys to be circumcised during the duration of the program.
