CSU Dr. Minerva Morales said the offer was made pursuant to the guidelines issued by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) to local governments planning to utilize SUC facilities in their areas as quarantine centers.

She said the CSU College of Business and Accountancy (CBA) building would be able cater to at least 36 persons, who were stranded in Tabaco City, Albay due to enhanced community quarantine, and expected to arrive on Tuesday, April 14.

She said the arriving provincemates could stay at the CBA facility for the required seven-day quarantine.

Morales added that health personnel from Rural Health Unit (RHU) of Virac and uniformed authorities will be responsible in monitoring the PUMs.
