Cagayan Valley police arrested 135-individuals for violating the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) in the last 24 hours in various towns in the province.
Citing a daily report of the Cagayan Police Provincial Office (CPPO), Cagayan Governor Manuel Mamba disclosed that 110 people violated restrictions on social distancing, 11 violated curfew, while 14 were in violation of the liquor ban.
In a related police operation, CPPO Director Col. Ariel Quilang reported that 21 other persons were arrested for being involved in illegal gambling in separate operations in the towns of Claveria, Tuao, and Solana.
