The Pasay City government said that Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) passes can be acquired in the 201 barangays of the city free of charge.

City Administrator Atty. Dennis Acorda said that Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano ordered that the passes be distributed for free.

These will serve as a permit for each family resident to go out of their home to purchase basic needs from the market as well as essential medicines from drugstores.

The city advised however, that family representatives should go home immediately after buying from their local stores.

Acorda added that the barangay chairman is required to submit to the Office of the Mayor as well as to the Liga ng mga Barangay the list of names of those who acquired a pass.

The city and the Philippine Army will provide free rides for health workers who live in Pasay but work in other cities such as Quezon City.
