Ilocos Norte was earlier placed under enhanced community quarantine through an executive order issued by Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc, which, among others, suspended the operation of public transportation here.

As such, the MINC swiftly came into action to alleviate the problems hospital and other medical personnel in coming to work every day.

The free transportation will also be available for chemotherapy and cancer patients who need to be ferried to the hospital.

The provincial government is calling on all those with medical needs, who need to be brought to the hospital, to contact the MINC Office.
