Cebu Pacific cancels flights from March 19 to April 14

Cebu Pacific has canceled all its flights scheduled from March 19, 2020, until April 14, 2020, “in support of government regulations” on coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

The cancellation covers all Cebu Pacific and CEBGO flights.

“The Philippine government recently implemented Enhanced Community Quarantine over Luzon, and similar directives across various provinces in the country,” the airline said.

“We are ensuring the safety of our passengers and operations teams, in compliance with the stricter quarantine measures, land travel restrictions, and regulations in place.”

In the same period, Cebu Pacific will also close all its ticketing offices.

Meanwhile, the local airline said it will operate the following flights tomorrow (March 18), its last day of operations for the meantime:

Manila-Bangkok-Manila
Manila-Tokyo (Narita)-Manila
Manila-Osaka-Manila
Manila-Nagoya-Manila
Manila-Ho Chi Minh-Manila
Manila-Singapore-Manila
Manila-Taipei-Manila
Manila-Bali (Denpasar)-Manila

Those boarding the abovementioned flights scheduled on March 18 may check the status of their flights here: bit.ly/CEBflight-status.

Passengers affected by this development can visit Cebu Pacific's “Manage Booking” portal to check the options for their booked flights.

“We continue to monitor the situation and will provide updates as soon as possible. This is a developing and unprecedented situation," Cebu Pacific said.

"We thank everyone for their patience and understanding, and our flight, operational and frontline teams for doing all they can to assist our passengers.”
