Operatives of the PDEA Special Enforcement Service and PDEA Cavite, in cooperation with the Provincial Police Office, arrested Menodiado and cohorts Victorio Vida Najera and Annie Rose Torres Lingua along Aguinaldo Highway corner Molino Boulevard immediately after a poseur buyer was able to complete a transaction with the suspects.
