Concentrix Philippines, the country’s biggest employer, with 90,000 Filipino workforce in its 45 local sites to date, expects to add 5,000 to 6,000 more this 2020, Senior Vice President and Country Leader Stephan Daoust yesterday (March 3, 2020) told reporters during the unveiling of its newest center for leadership and performance in Ayala North Exchange (ANE), Makati.

Concentrix is the world’s second largest customer experience solutions company, providing customer-engagement analytics and consulting, automation and other high-value services. More than 225,000 employees run its operation in over 40 countries worldwide but its largest delivery area as a global company is in the Philippines.

Its newest ANE, Makati facility operates 24 hours, seven days a week, with some 3,000 employees in 24,000 square meters of floor space. It’s a global command center, innovation hub, as well as an executive and support staff office in sales, customer services, technical and back office support.

The single office functions like a micro-city supporting Concentrix’s global clients in automotive telematics, communications, utilities, retail, eCommerce, technology and banking.

“Concentrix is fanatical about its clients and staff. We leave no stone unturned in terms of providing the best work environment possible,” Daoust underscored.

“Being in the customer-engagement business, our most important aset is our people. Infrastructure and facilities are designed to work with the needs of our staff. So, we invest a lot in making every square foot of space comfortable and conducive for our employees to succeed,” he elaborated.

“We provide state-of-the-art facilities with flexibility in mind. Our spaces are designed for the perfect blend of functionality, productivity and creativity, true to the Concentrix brand identity of being ‘different by design’.”
