A man was found dead in handcuffs with a gunshot wound on his head at Barangay 171 in Bagumbong, Caloocan City Sunday evening.
Police described the victim, who has yet to be identified, as a man aged between 35 to 40, wearing a white shirt, a pair of blue shorts, and a maroon jacket.
A sachet of suspected shabu was also retrieved from the fatality's jacket pocket.
According to a report, a concerned citizen called the police after hearing a gunshot along Bankers Drive in Caloocan.
Upon the police's arrival at the crime scene, they saw the victim in handcuffs, lying face down on the ground, with blood oozing from his head.
Four fired cartridges of unknown caliber were recovered from the crime scene.
The victim's body was brought to Jade Funeral Homes for autopsy examination.
Follow up investigation is ongoing for the identification of both the victim and the gunman.
