In line with the additional screening of passengers as part of precautionary measures against the new coronavirus, Philippine Airlines reminded all passengers of departing flights to adjust their arrival time at airport terminals for check-in:

• At least 4 hours before international flight departures from Manila
• At least 3 hours before all other international flights
• At least 3 hours before all domestic flights

PAL Spokesperson Cielo Villaluna said all passengers arriving in Manila are required to accomplish arrival cards and undergo screening before going through the immigration counters.

In view of this screening requirement, the Immigration eGates at the NAIA Airport for Philippine passport holders are temporarily disabled.
