Air Asia cancels PH-China flights under govt’s nCoV travel ban

AirAsia is cancelling its flights between the Philippines and China until further notice from the government.

This includes flights between the Philippines and Taiwan (Taipei and Kaohsiung) that are now being canceled.
Previously canceled flights include those to/from mainland China cities (Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Shanghai), Hong Kong special administrative region (SAR), and Macao SAR.
AirAsia is also extending the period to obtain credit account or full refund for guests with flight bookings to/from mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao until March 28.
AirAsia strongly encourages guests to update their contact details using the “My Bookings” feature on airasia.com to ensure that they receive timely notifications. Check out their website and social media for more details.
