Two bettors won P280, 000 each after getting five digits of the winning combination of Ultra Lotto 6/58, a digit short from winning the whopping P189.4-million jackpot.
The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said Ultra Lotto’s winning combination during Tuesday night’s draw (February 11) was 38-34-23-50-58-33.
It had a total jackpot of P189, 403, 329. 60. However, PCSO said no one was lucky enough to correctly guess all the six digits.
PCSO said their P280, 000 consolation prize will still be subjected to 20 percent tax as mandated by TRAIN Law.
Meantime, nobody was also lucky enough to bag the P15.8-million jackpot of Super Lotto 6/49. Its winning combination was 48-04-36-46-18-03.
There were 4 consolation prize winners during Tuesday night’s Super Lotto draw. Each of them, according to PCSO, will take home P70, 000.
To claim their consolation prizes, the bettors must go to PCSO’s main office in Mandaluyong City, and present two IDs so they could get their checks. They should also bring their tickets with them.
PCSO General Manager Royina Marzan-Garma urged the public to keep on patronizing the products of the agency, saying people in dire need of help will surely benefit from PCSO’s charity programs.
