Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. has started construction of the ₱13.1-billion One Legacy Grandsuites, a 69-story luxury residential development on Benavidez Street in Binondo.

In a statement, the firm said One Legacy Grandsuites is its tenth residential project in Binondo and will be the first skyscraper to rise along Benavidez Street, near where prestigious schools are located.
The residential development is also walking distance to Soler Street where Manila Chinatown’s popular shopping centers, like 168 Shopping Mall and 999 Shopping Mall are situated, and the well-stocked and vibrant Arranque Market along Recto Ave.
Moving south, Benavidez Street crosses Ongpin Street, which is the cultural and food haven of Binondo.
In line with the developer’s expansion in Manila Chinatown, One Legacy Grandsuites will offer a unique collections of premium residences befitting the lifestyle needs of business owners and their families.
The luxury residences offer condo units with two to five bedrooms, and bi-level condo units with four to five bedrooms. Each residential floor will have only eight to ten units, with access to seven passenger elevators and one service elevator.
One Legacy Grandsuites will have a wide range of amenities set in two floors.
The 10th floor will have a gym with sweeping views of the city, adjacent to a yoga area and a badminton court; an entertainment area with KTV rooms and a billiard room; a lawn next to a barbecue place and sunken sofa; a children’s reading room; a kid’s play area; pool areas for children and adults; and a bar.
The highlights of these amenities include the Zen square located in the middle of the entertainment area, the fountain plaza between the gym and the children’s reading room, and the glass lounge that hangs above the 30-meter pool area.
