There were 12 consolation prize winners of the Ultra Lotto 6/58 who won P113, 000 each as there is still no winner of the whopping jackpot during Sunday night’s draw, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said.
Royina Marzan-Garma, PCSO general manager, said nobody was lucky enough to get the winning combination: 02-41-09-06-55-24.
She said that those who fell a digit short from bagging the P 165, 464, 487. 20 jackpot will get a sum of P113, 300.
Because of the TRAIN Law, a 20 percent tax will be deducted from the winnings of the consolation prize winners.
To claim their checks, the agency said bettors must go to PCSO’s main office in Mandaluyong City, and present two IDs. Also, they should bring the winning tickets.
Garma urged the public to keep on patronizing their products as a huge portion of the agency’s revenue goes to charity, and funding the Universal Health Care.
“Keep on buying our products. Through this, you will be able to give money to charity with a chance of becoming the next lotto millionaire,” she said.
“We are mainly a charity agency dedicated to help our countrymen in dire need of help. A big chunk of our revenue goes directly to charity,” the general manager added.
