Thirty six distressed overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) were repatriated from Lebanon Saturday, January 25, arriving at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 via a Qatar Airway flight.

The OFWs were welcomed and assisted by staff and personnel of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) and Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA).
The OWWA will be providing the repatriated OFWs assistance, including financial help and temporary accommodation while waiting for their trips back to their home provinces.
