LIST: Prohibited items in Traslacion 2020

Devotees participating in the procession of the Feast of Black Nazarene of Quiapo are reminded to avoid bringing certain items that may cause harm or pose a threat to others during the Traslacion 2020.

Prohibited items include:

Bags (except if transparent)
Phones
Flammable items
Barbecue sticks and other sharp objects
Liquor
Firearms and other weapons
Fragile objects
Firecrackers
Drone equipment

Meanwhile, participants are encouraged to:

Attend mass before participating in the procession
Bring candles
Bring rosary
Bring identification card (ID), in case of emergency
Bring sufficient food and water
Use public transportation
Use designated public restrooms
Report any suspicious activities to the authorities
Transparent garbage bag

The Traslacion will start at 5:30 a.m. at Quirino Grandstand on Thursday. Millions of devotees are expected to join this year's procession.
