He added that, “it is very close to schools and universities, hospitals, and, soon, a mall that will have a direct connection for residents.”
Specifically, Kingsquare Residence will be in close proximity to University of Sto. Tomas, University of the East, Far Eastern University, San Beda University, Mapua Institute of Technology, and Centro Escolar University, among others.
Nearby are also some of Manila’s finest Chinese schools such as Chiang Kai Shek College, Hope Christian School, St. Stephen High School, and Philippine Cultural High School.
Also within the area are some medical and health facilities like clinics and hospitals such as UST Hospital, Chinese General Hospital, and the Metropolitan Medical Center.
