Authorities seized a total of P6.8 million worth of suspected shabu inside a tea package from a man in a buy-bust operation in Parañaque City on Wednesday afternoon.

Police arrested Bayan Ibrahim, 32, jobless and resident of Barangay San Dionisio, Parañaque City.
The drug sting was conducted along Russia St. in Barangay Don Bosco around 1:30 p.m. through coordination of anti-narcotics team from Parañaque and Caloocan police.
Ibrahim was immediately arrested after transacting with a police poseur-buyer.
Police said that he yielded about a kilo of suspected shabu which he placed inside a large tea package with the brand name “Refined Chinese Tea.”
Also seized from the suspect were P5,000 worth of bills and several fake bills; and a Toyota Vios, which he used as his service vehicle.
Ibrahim is now detained at the Parañaque City Police Station.
