Ant-Man ‘threequel’ confirmed
Marvel Studios has given “Ant-Man 3” project the green light.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, director Peyton Reed signed on this week to direct the threequel.
Reed was behind 2015’s Ant-Man and 2018’s Ant-Man and the Wasp. The third installation will also see the return of Paul Rudd, playing Scott Lang, the diminutive hero.
Ant-Man 3 will be released during Marvel Phase 4, along with a Doctor Strange sequel, and the Black Widow movie.
Ant-Man 3 is eyeing a late 2020 or early 2021 start date for production for a possible release in 2022.
