The Manila Police District Traffic Enforcement Unit (MPD-TEU) announced road closures and rerouting of vehicles for the celebration of the 41st anniversary of Jesus is Lord Church Worldwide on Saturday.
In an advisory released on Saturday, the north and southbound lane of Roxas Boulevard from TM Kalaw to Katigbak Drive will be closed to motorists will be closed from 3 p.m. on Oct. 26.
MPD-TEU said that all vehicles intending to utilize the southbound lane of Roxas Boulevard should turn left on P. Burgos, right Ma. Orosa, right TM Kalaw to point of destination
While all trucks intending to utilize the southbound lane of Roxas Boulevard should turn left on P. Burgos, straight to Finance Road to point of destination.
Motorists intending to utilize the northbound lane of Roxas Boulevard should turn right on TM Kalaw, left Ma. Orosa, left P. Burgos to point of destination.
All trucks traveling the northbound lane of Roxas Boulevard should turn right on Pres. Quirino Avenue to point of destination.
The traffic unit advised the public to expect heavy traffic and to take alternate routes.
The MPD said that the actual closing and opening of affected roads will depend on the traffic condition.
