BACOLOD CITY – A man believed to be a victim of summary execution or “salvaging” was found at an old quarry site in Brgy. Alangilan here last Sunday.

Investigators identified the dead man as Ryan Delgado, 29, of the said village.
Capt. Romulo Gepilango, head of Police Station 5, said Delgado asked permission from his mother to go out to look for frogs Saturday night, but he failed to go home that night.
The following day, the victim was found half-naked and his hands were hogtied.
Gepilango said the victim sustained two gunshot wounds in the head and another gunshot wound in his body.
Police recovered from the scene three fired bullets of an unknown firearm.
Gepilango said the victim had no drug-related records as well as criminal records with the police.
He said they have no lead yet on the motive and identities of two or more suspects behind the killing.
