PALAUIG, Zambales --Police recovered on Friday five packs of suspected “shabu" worth P80 million from an abandoned speedboat here.

Police Colonel Rogelio Ponce Pinones of the Zambales Police Provincial Office said he received a call from Eddie Aurelio, barangay chairman of Loc-loc, in Palauig, Zambales informing him of an abandoned speedboat along its shoreline.
When the police, the Zambales Maritime Unit and the Philippine Coast Guard went to check they discovered two kilos of shabu in five packs on it.
Policemen are still trying to track the owner of the speedboat and the source of the illegal drug.
