Andresen noted that certain studies show that 76 percent of Southeast Asian customers switch brands after just one bad experience, and that the key to success in the experience economy is an intelligent suite of core applucations, experience management solutions, and a secure digital platform that unites experience and operational data and processes.

Also during the event, Zuellig Pharma, one if the largest healthcare services groyos in Asia serving more than 350,000 medical facilities acriss 13 markets, highlighted how they are furthering their purpose to make healthcare more accessible with blockchain technology to address counterfeit medicine, cross boarder trading and product recalls.
Daniel Laverick, head of SAP and IT solutions for Zuellig Pharma, pointed out how the company leveraged SAP cloud platform integration suitr to facilitate coordination across the healthcare supply chain.
As part of its digital transformation, Zuellig Pharma also migrated to SAP HANA on Azure to gain access to broader capabilities including the immediate modernization of multiple apos and real time, data driven insights.
Troo, a life insurance joint venture of Belgium's largest insurer Ageas and one of the Philippines' largest banks, East West Bank, points to SAP in its bid to be an approachable company offering simple and flexible insurance options customized for the current needs and lifestyles.
Ananda Development, Thailand's largest real estate company with various housing developments, selected SAP Ariba for its procurement and integration into their back office as well as SAP SuccessFactors for employee management. It also uses Qualtrics for experience management.
