ILIGAN CITY – A dead body was found inside an abandoned van bearing plate along Ubaldo Laya Avenue in Barangay Pala-o here following a report from a concerned citizen here around 8:15 pm on Friday.
Iligan City Police Station - 5 chief Police Major Allan S. Abalde identified the victim a certain Saidale Aragasi Y Buale, 62, married, driver and owner of the van. He was a resident of Poblacion, Sultan Naga Dimaporo in Lanao del Norte province.
Aragasi was seated in the front seat and bore stab wounds on the left side of his body.
Authorities are now looking into the motive for the slay, including robbery and family feud.
